Collaborative environment focused on innovation and learning At **Wolf 3D Engineering**, we are looking for a **Technical Support Engineer** with expertise in **mechatronics** and passion for CNC technology. You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, performing **installations, training, and preventive and corrective maintenance** of our plasma and laser CNC cutting equipment. We seek a **proactive individual with a service-oriented attitude**, eager to learn and grow within a Mexican company undergoing national and international expansion. **Main Responsibilities** ● Conduct **in-person or virtual installations and training** for customers on the use of CNC machines (laser and plasma). ● Provide **remote or on-site technical support** for operational or electronic issues. ● Assist in the **diagnosis and repair of mechatronic systems**, including motors, drivers, control boards, sensors, actuators, etc. ● Document service reports and provide feedback to the engineering department for continuous improvement. ● Maintain effective communication with the support, production, and sales departments. ● Participate in **internal technical training** for new team members or distributors. **Technical Requirements** ● **Education:** Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanics, or related field. ● **Knowledge of:** ○ CNC systems, controllers, and cutting software. ○ Basic electricity and electronics. ○ Basic pneumatics and hydraulics. ○ Preventive and corrective maintenance. ○ Interpretation of electrical and mechanical diagrams. ● **Preferred:** Basic experience in laser cutting, plasma cutting, or CNC routers. **Skills and Competencies** ● Excellent communication skills with customers and ability to teach. ● Analytical thinking and ability to solve technical problems. ● Organization and documentation of support activities. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● **Willingness to travel** domestically. **We Offer** ● Opportunity for technical and professional development in CNC technology. ● Continuous training on state-of-the-art equipment. ● Collaborative environment focused on innovation and learning. ● Competitive salary based on experience \+ travel allowances.
