Job Summary: Accounting or business administration professional responsible for managing accounting, financial, tax, and strategic operations, ensuring compliance and profitability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages accounting, finance, and treasury operations. 2. Ensures tax compliance and payroll administration. 3. Participates in tax planning, cost analysis, and budgeting. Education: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Business Administration degree Ability to work under pressure Gender: Female or Male **MUST-HAVE** **Detailed Functions and Activities:** * **Accounting and Financial Management:** * **Transaction Recording:** Entering delivery notes, invoices, receipts, and bank statements. * **Bank Reconciliation:** Verifying that accounting records match bank statements. * **Financial Statements:** Preparing balance sheets, income statements, and financial reports for management. * **Treasury Management:** Monitoring cash flow, customer collections, and supplier payments. * **Administration and Taxation:** * **Tax Compliance:** Calculating and filing tax returns (VAT, Income Tax, withholdings) and maintaining up-to-date registration with tax authorities. * **Payroll Management:** Processing employee salary and wage payments. * **Inventory Control:** Managing the company’s movable and immovable assets inventory. * **Strategy and Support:** * **Tax Planning:** Identifying legal opportunities to reduce tax burden. * **Cost Analysis:** Evaluating profitability and conducting financial forecasting. * **Budgeting:** Developing and monitoring adherence to annual budgets.
