REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree completed in administration, human capital, labor relations, psychology or related fields. * Over 24 years of age * Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR functions RESPONSIBILITIES * Recruitment through various channels (electronic media, job platforms, job fairs, field) * Interviews * Verification of employment references * Hiring * Creation and management of employee files * Induction and training * Reporting and process control * Employee support and assistance * Support in event organization * Disciplinary actions * Development of job profiles and position descriptions * Labor relations * Knowledge of payroll processing * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, NOM 035, labor legislation, etc. Active Personnel Administration: * Maintain up-to-date personnel database and records. * Prepare, manage, and archive administrative reports. * Monitor labor incidents: delays, absences, sanctions. * Coordinate and record internal and external training sessions. * Support in performance evaluations. Labor Relations and Compliance: * Ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal rules, and company policies. * Provide guidance to employees regarding their rights and obligations. Offboarding Processes: * Coordinate exit interviews. * Prepare resignation letters, final settlements, and termination documents.
