Lead the installation of industrial services infrastructure. * Lead the construction process of industrial services infrastructure for capital investment projects at the Purina Silao factory, ensuring installations comply with corporate and market standards, and guaranteeing the project is delivered with expected quality, on time, and within budget. * Promote leadership behavior in Industrial Services aligned with Nestlé’s Leadership Framework. * Identify and advocate necessary changes to support an environmental sustainability strategy. 2\. Develop strategy: Generate electrical and control requirements for bidding. * The industrial services engineer is responsible for preparing requirements for the installation of various systems to be included in the bidding information package and for contracting specialized installation services. These requirements must align with production, quality, safety, and other standards. Additionally, must follow up on installation progress and validate acceptance testing at all project stages. * Identify environmental sustainability priorities, current and future challenges, and opportunities for change at NPP level. * Develop a holistic strategy and implementation plan aligned with project priorities and objectives. 3\. Procurement and receipt of major and minor equipment (compressors, boilers, etc.) as well as creation of RFPs for bidding. The industrial services engineer plays a key role in acquiring required equipment based on engineering specifications. Must have deep expertise to select the most suitable technology for the project within the given budget, while continuously striving for selected equipment to improve quality, safety, or efficiency, while protecting competitive advantage. 4\. Supervise and address technical queries related to the specialty that arise during project execution. * Ensure personnel performing industrial services infrastructure installation and those responsible for operating equipment are competent. Guarantee existence of installation quality assessment plans and competency development programs. * Promote activities that increase visibility of the Industrial Services area. 5\. Verify industrial services installations comply with Nestle and regulatory safety standards. * Ensure safety of processes and equipment for people, products, and the environment. Demonstrate zero tolerance for unsafe conditions. * Engage with external stakeholders (suppliers, regulatory agencies, customers, business partners, civil society organizations, community, etc.) on Industrial Services topics to build positive relationships and deliver solutions. **What Will Make You Successful** Experience in: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, E\&A, Processes, Environmental Engineering, or similar * Minimum of 5 years in energy/water management or environmental roles, preferably in food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as a specialist engineer) * Supervision of personnel (technical teams, contractors, or other third parties) * Participation in commissioning of technical equipment and/or production lines * Experience or exposure across different environments (different businesses, factories, projects, etc.), through assignments, projects, etc. * Leader and change agent in industrial services engineering focused on reducing GHG, water, and energy usage through personal leadership."
