Job Summary: We are seeking a Knitting Machine Operator with experience in inspection, defect detection, machine setup and programming, as well as cleaning and production recordkeeping. Knowledge of fabric patterns and their defects **KNITTING MACHINE OPERATOR** **Key Responsibilities:** * Fabric inspection * Defect detection and marking * Removing empty bobbins * Setting up full bobbins according to the Technical Sheet * Programming the machine per the Technical Sheet (yarn feed, stitch count, reel circumferences, and roll length) * Completing production records * Recording data using the production format * Entering parts into the system * Cleaning the machine and maintaining general area organization **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary or preparatory school * Experience operating knitting machines (minimum 1 year) * Availability to work rotating shifts Desired Knowledge: * Machine operation and handling * Bobbin loading, threading, and article changes * Knowledge of fabric patterns and their defects * Machine programming * Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016 standard * Familiarity with ISO 14001:2015 standard **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $16,000°° * IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot * Vacation bonus **35%** * Vacation days / 1st year – **12 days**, increasing per (Art. 78\) – Federal Labor Law * Year-end bonus of **20 days** * Food vouchers **(10%)** * Savings fund contribution **(5%)** per period * Savings fund loan / minimum interest – available after completing 6 months of employment * **SGMM** for employee only (with additional ) * Life insurance Salary: $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
