San Juan de Otates) Salary: $17,530.35 gross monthly Benefits: Exceeding statutory requirements Job Objective To manage, monitor, and respond promptly to alerts, alarms, and events generated by security systems, ensuring the protection of the institution’s facilities, assets, and personnel. Main Responsibilities Monitor audible and silent alarm signals from the alarm central. Apply emergency protocols in cases of theft, assault, communication failures, or contingencies. Supervise video surveillance systems to identify risks and anomalous situations. Track openings, closings, incidents, and alarm activations. Manage registration, deactivation, and modification of alarm passwords for authorized users. Conduct scheduled and on-demand tests of security systems. Prepare incident, failure, test, and alarm activation reports. Coordinate with the technical department to address security equipment failures. Control access to video systems (DVR) and evidence downloads. Perform internal patrols and support efficient use of facilities and equipment. Requirements Education: High school diploma or technical degree in Administration, Computer Science, or related field (mandatory). Associate degree in Security, Administration, IT, or related field (preferred). Experience (1–2 years): Monitoring alarm and video surveillance systems. Applying emergency protocols. Handling and tracking incidents. Preparing operational reports. Additional Requirements: Proficiency in operating standard and automatic vehicles. Valid driver’s license. Technical Knowledge Physical security (intermediate level). Office applications (basic). FTP (basic). Access control and password administration.
