Capable of leading operational and administrative staff to ensure efficiency in transportation, storage, and goods delivery processes. Knowledgeable in managing and controlling company-owned vehicles, route scheduling, fleet monitoring, operational expense control, and tracking preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. Experience in product distribution, delivery time optimization, and service level compliance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and distribution operations. Manage and lead operational and administrative work teams. Track KPI achievement and generate performance reports. Coordinate delivery routes and optimize distribution times. Supervise the use and control of company-owned vehicles. Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance, and fleet availability. Ensure service level compliance and on-time deliveries.
