Focus on problem-solving and proactivity MOBAX GROUP An authorized distributor with over 18 years of experience marketing recreational and adventure vehicles from BRP (Can-Am, Sea-Doo) and Royal Enfield brands invites you to join its team as: AUDIT COORDINATOR JOB OBJECTIVE Plan and coordinate internal audits across companies within the group, verifying compliance with processes, controls, and internal regulations in administrative, operational, and financial areas through periodic reviews that enable risk identification, irregularity prevention, resource optimization, and assurance of efficient operations aligned with organizational objectives. WE OFFER: -Basic salary: $30,000 gross per month -Legal benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, IMSS, Infonavit, vacation premium, and profit-sharing) -Stability and growth within the corporate area -Excellent work environment REQUIREMENTS: -Age: 35 to 45 years -Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering or Business Administration) -Desirable experience: More than 3 years in auditing, internal control, or administrative areas -Availability to travel within Leon -High level of organization and attention to detail -Proactive attitude and focus on problem-solving MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: -Audit and evaluate internal processes across various group departments, including operations, administration, and finance. -Analyze data to identify risks, deviations, and fraud. -Prepare executive reports with findings. -Follow up on action plans. -Evaluate internal controls and regulatory compliance. -Lead audits and apply audit methodologies. -Recommend preventive and corrective measures. -Prepare executive reports for senior management. -Present findings and action plans with a strategic focus.
