The primary objective of this position is * • To validate, organize, and safeguard the documentation required to formalize student enrollment, * • To comply with internal policies and current educational regulations. * • To ensure continuity of processes initiated during the morning shift by resolving incidents and guaranteeing that digital and physical files are properly completed by the end of the workday. * • To ensure information integrity and legality from the student’s first formal contact with the institution * • To work effectively under pressure during peak enrollment periods (enrollment spikes). * • To verify that files comply with institutional guidelines. * • To enter student information into internal databases and institutional platforms. **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM–3:00 PM and 4:00 PM–8:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM * Statutory benefits **Requirements:** * Age: 18 to 40 years * Education: Completed high school diploma * Experience: 1 year of experience * Flexible availability **Skills:** * Planning and organization * Teamwork * Service-oriented attitude * Proactivity * Sense of urgency * Ability to work under pressure. * Enthusiasm for learning. * Information management Salary: $9,451.20 per month Workplace: On-site employment
