Profile: * Engineering or TSU degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Robotics, or Industrial Engineering * Knowledge of Automation, Sensors, Pneumatics, Industrial Electronic Equipment, and Control Systems * Proven commercial and sales experience is mandatory * Multi-level negotiation skills * Excellent public relations within the industrial sector Responsibilities: * Field sales of industrial equipment and solutions * Updating and managing client portfolio * Prospecting, visiting, quoting, and following up to promote our products * Providing technical support and post-sale follow-up to clients * Managing and executing the sales strategy * Generating administrative reports Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of field technical sales experience in the industrial sector * Familiarity with the Irapuato–Guanajuato industrial zone * Intermediate level of English proficiency * Experience using CRM and ERP systems * Valid Class A driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle We Offer: * Base salary + commissions * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Work tools (laptop and mobile phone) * Company vehicle and fuel vouchers * Ongoing training Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company car * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Company mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
