The purpose of this position is to provide office-based technical-commercial support to the sales team and customers, ensuring agile, accurate, and business-opportunity-oriented service. Required Profile * Engineering degree (electronics, mechatronics, automation, or related field) or technical diploma * Experience in internal sales, technical support, or industrial customer service * Basic knowledge of automation (sensors, pneumatics) is preferred * Proficiency in Office software, ERP, and CRM systems * Strong communication and organizational skills * Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset Responsibilities: * In-person, telephone, and email customer support * Preparation of technical quotations (industrial automation equipment) for customers * Quotation follow-up and support in closing sales * Order, delivery, and commercial opportunity tracking * Coordination with warehouse and logistics to verify product availability and delivery timelines * Support to external sales team in quotation preparation and customer follow-up * Basic advisory support in product selection (sensors, pneumatics, etc.) * Coordination with suppliers and internal departments * Updating customer database in ERP and CRM systems * Management of commercial documents (purchase orders, invoices, shipping guides, etc.). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Continuous training on products and solutions * Growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
