Job Summary: You will play a key role in ensuring crop health and quality by supervising field monitoring activities and managing phytosanitary information to prevent pests and diseases. Enhance productivity and operational efficiency Your Impact: In this role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding crop health and quality through effective supervision of field monitoring and proper management of phytosanitary information. Your work will enable timely detection of pests and diseases, supporting preventive and corrective decision-making to ensure compliance with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and audits. Through your monitoring and control efforts, productivity, product quality, and operational efficiency will be strengthened, directly impacting business results and adherence to AGRIZAR standards. What You Will Do: Supervise and follow up on field monitoring activities, ensuring accurate identification of pests, diseases, and crop conditions. Monitor and record phytosanitary incidents. Analyze and manage collected data for logbook preparation and compliance with internal and external audits. Ensure adherence to Good Agricultural Practices. Coordinate preventive and corrective actions in plant health. What We Are Looking For: Education: Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering preferred, with specialization in phytopathology. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in plant health or agricultural field operations. Knowledge of pest and disease monitoring in vegetables.
