




The Construction Coordinator will be responsible for supervising and managing urbanization projects from planning to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a solid understanding of urbanization processes, and the ability to efficiently manage teams and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to established quality standards. Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in managing urbanization projects in hydraulic systems, pavements, and/or electromechanical areas. Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of urbanization processes, local regulations and standards, project management techniques, as well as proficiency in tendering software and construction management tools (Neodata, Opus, Project, among others). Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel; travel expenses are covered Must have personal vehicle; all related expenses are paid by the company Main Responsibilities: 1\) Conducting and supervising bids to participate in public and private construction projects. 2\) Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed construction plans, establish schedules, and coordinate all project-related activities. 3\) Budget Management: Control and administer project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of financial resources. 4\) Construction Site Supervision: Monitor progress at the urbanization site, ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and current regulations. 5\) Team Management: Lead and motivate the urbanization team, including contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel. 6\) Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure urbanization works meet required standards. 7\) Workplace Safety: Ensure all safety regulations are followed at the urbanization site to prevent accidents and guarantee a safe working environment. 8\) Customer Relations: Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, reporting on project progress and resolving any issues that arise. 9\) Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of project progress, prepare reports, and provide periodic updates to senior management.
