Position Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Leader to manage networks, communications, systems, and optimize operational processes, providing second-level technical support. Key Highlights: 1. System automation, integration, and optimization G100 DESARROLLOS SOLICITA: ***Infrastructure Leader*** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Troubleshooting for users and infrastructure. * Management of networks, communications, CCTV, access control, backups, Microsoft 365 platforms, and critical technology services. * Second-level support, structured cabling, network infrastructure, and technological security. * Vendor management, inventory control, and project tracking. * Knowledge of software development. * System automation and integration. * Process optimization, reduction of manual tasks, and generation of operational value for the company. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Networks, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. * Age: 23 to 40 years old * Experience: 2–3 years in technical support, infrastructure, networks, communications, or similar roles. * Personal vehicle required for travel between offices, developments, toll booths, buildings, and projects. * Willingness to travel to various company locations. **SKILLS** * Internal customer service. * Analytical and diagnostic capability. * Problem-solving skills. * Sense of urgency. * Organization and follow-up ability. * Proactivity. * Confidentiality. * Teamwork. **WE OFFER:** * 100% health insurance * Statutory benefits * Gross monthly salary of $26,900 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms **LOCATION:** Plaza de la Paz #102 Puerto Interior, Silao, Guanajuato. * JOIN OUR TEAM!
