Optimize routes, costs, and processes. * Personnel Management: Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of operations, logistics, and reservations teams. * Daily Operations: Supervise quotations, room blocks, confirmations with hotels, transportation providers, and DMCs. Ensure itinerary compliance. * Quality and Continuous Improvement: Handle contingencies, implement SOPs, measure NPS, and reduce incidents. * Supplier Negotiation: Rates, contracts, allocations, and commercial terms. * Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients, markets, and business opportunities. Essential Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. * 5+ years of experience managing teams in corporate operations. * Proven experience in strategy, planning, and operational execution. * Advanced English: written and spoken negotiation with international suppliers. * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel 60% of the time, domestically and internationally. * Valid passport and U.S. visa. * Proficiency in GDS, reservation systems, ERP, and advanced Excel.
