Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive leader to optimize the strategy and operational execution of a travel operator, ensuring profitability, quality, and KPI compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Lead strategy and operational execution to optimize the travel business. 2. Negotiate with suppliers and explore new business opportunities. 3. Manage teams and expand the company into new markets. We are a travel and events operator with 40 years of experience in the tourism industry. We seek a leader who can optimize the company’s strategy and operational execution, ensuring profitability, service quality, and KPI compliance. Coordinate teams, suppliers, and logistics for domestic and international travel. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with excellent communication and public relations skills, capable of building and maintaining strategic alliances with national and international suppliers and clients. Must demonstrate initiative in identifying improvement opportunities, efficiently resolving problems, and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented work environment. Key Responsibilities * Strategy and Planning: Design and implement the annual operational plan, budgets, and KPIs. Optimize routes, costs, and processes. * Personnel Management: Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of operations, logistics, and reservations teams. * Daily Operations: Supervise quotations, room blocks, confirmations with hotels, transportation providers, and DMCs. Ensure itinerary compliance. * Quality and Continuous Improvement: Handle contingencies, implement SOPs, measure NPS, and reduce incidents. * Supplier Negotiation: Rates, contracts, allocations, and commercial terms. * Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients, markets, and business opportunities. Manage key accounts and develop strategies to grow the client portfolio. * Branch Expansion: Evaluate and lead expansion into new markets or opening of branches, ensuring operational and financial viability. * Reporting: Present operational, financial, and satisfaction results to the Executive Management. Essential Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. * 5+ years of experience managing teams in corporate operations. * Proven experience in strategy, planning, and operational execution. * Advanced English: written and spoken negotiation with international suppliers. * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel 60% of the time, domestically and internationally. * Valid passport and U.S. visa. * Proficiency in GDS, reservation systems, ERP, and advanced Excel.
