Job Summary: Temporary Human Resources Coordinator responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and managing personnel control. Key Highlights: 1. Manage selected personnel and draft employment contracts. **JOB TITLE: TEMPORARY HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR** **SALARY: $4,500\.00 gross** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. · Age between 28 and 40 years. · Minimum 3 years of verifiable work experience as a recruiter (either internal recruiter or staffing agency recruiter). · Ability to conduct various types of interviews (e.g., structured and competency-based interviews). · Knowledge of the labor market and experience using job boards, social media platforms, and job fairs. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Decision-making abilities. · Honesty and transparency. · Organized and administrative orientation. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Design, implement, and monitor operational and administrative mass recruitment strategies. · Prepare recruitment materials to promote vacancies on job boards, universities, social development centers, etc. · Experience sourcing candidates using databases, social media, job boards, etc. · Review and screen candidate resumes to fulfill staffing requirements by evaluating knowledge, skills, and experience. · Conduct job interviews for recruitment and selection, filtering candidates for various departments within a defined schedule. · Communicate effectively by providing recruitment and interview outcome information to the rest of the team. · Manage selected personnel for onboarding. · Draft employment contracts for selected candidates. · Perform general Human Resources activities. **WE OFFER:** · Statutory benefits. · Weekly gross salary of $4,500\.00. · Uniform. · Excellent working environment.
