Join a company with 30 years of history. *Galerías el Triunfo*, a company specializing in home furniture and decoration with over 30 years of experience and more than 40 branches nationwide, is currently seeking a **BRANCH MANAGER** for one of our branches in **León, Guanajuato (near Plaza Hidalgo)**. **REQUIREMENTS**: * **Education**: Incomplete undergraduate degree, candidate, or graduate in business or administrative fields. * **Experience**: 1 year in a similar position. * **Documentation**: Basic documents (Birth Certificate, CURP, Tax Status Certificate, Social Security Number). **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Personnel administration. * Cash handling. * Inventory management. * Customer service. * Store administration. * Customer interaction. * Ordering and receiving merchandise. **WE OFFER**: * Base monthly salary of $15,000 to $18,000 MXN (negotiable). * Statutory benefits. * 100% IMSS contributions. * Brand discounts. * Bonuses for achieving goals. * Commissions. **SCHEDULE AND WORK SHIFT**: * Monday through Sunday, with working hours from 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. or from 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
