Job Summary: A professional with experience in technical support, IT infrastructure management, and computer equipment maintenance, possessing intermediate knowledge of operating systems and hardware. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support and IT infrastructure management. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. 3. Technical problem diagnosis and resolution. Main Job Responsibilities: 1. Creation, deletion, or modification of users in Active Directory. 2. Hardware, software, and accessory inventory management in Excel. 3. Hardware, software, and accessory inventory management in iTop. 4. Assignment of Microsoft 365 email licenses. 5. Management of assignments for computing and mobile devices. 6. Preparation of equipment for user assignment. 7. Installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems and applications. 8. Assignment and tracking of support requests via iTop. 9. Installation, configuration, and user setup for printing. 10. Repair of damaged equipment (hardware). 11. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. 12. Audit of proper usage of mobile and computing devices. 13. Assignment of AutoCAD licenses. 14. Diagnosis and resolution of issues related to computing equipment, peripherals, software, and network connectivity. 15. Support in the installation and configuration of OPUS.
