Professional development in a dynamic industrial environment We are looking for a Project Coordinator Specialist in Industrial Washing Systems, with experience in chemical processes and system operation in manufacturing environments. Required Technical Knowledge: Handling of metalworking fluids Operation of washing systems in manufacturing processes (e.g., engines or metalworking) Analysis of coolants, detergents, and industrial oils Interpretation of control charts (concentration, pH, etc.) Statistical process control for chemical and operational variables Management of chemical operating ranges Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure proper operation of emulsion and/or oil systems Execute and track maintenance of washing systems Supervise fluid levels, water additions, and chemical conditions of the process Coordinate tank draining, solution changes, and system startups Track chemical inventory per shift Ensure system cleanliness and filtration (filter cloths and swarf removal) Prepare daily reports on emulsion control and operations Inspect systems to prevent contamination (fungi and bacteria) Follow up on operational and supervisory activities Ensure compliance with area standards (DOL) Requirements: Engineering degree (Chemical, Industrial, or related field) Experience in industrial processes, preferably metalworking or automotive Analytical mindset and process control capability Ability to follow procedures, maintain order, and exercise operational discipline Willingness to work onsite at the plant We Offer: Competitive salary Statutory benefits Transportation Cafeteria Job stability Professional development in an industrial environment Work location: PUERTO INTERIOR SILAO, GUANAJUATO. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Age: between 30 and 50 years Keywords: resident, supervisor, foreman, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, project
