




We invite you to join our team as an Operations Coordinator Requirements: * Preferably with a bachelor's degree or engineering background * 1 year of experience in a similar position * Ability to manage a work team * Customer service and support, both external and internal * Technical skills * Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual transmission Job responsibilities: * Ensure proper scheduling of services that guarantee the rest and well-being of the Operator. * Coordinate with Human Resources the necessary arrangements for operations, logistics, and monitoring staff to maintain their benefits, permits, vacations, and rest periods. * Verify that scheduled services for operation meet all requirements. * Promptly follow up on customer complaints and resolve them. * Maintain communication with relevant departments to follow up on incidents. * Maintain communication with the logistics and monitoring departments to modify and/or update routes based on customer information. * Maintain direct communication with the customer through WhatsApp groups regarding any type of incident before, during, and after service, meeting customer requirements. * Update the operator schedule and send it to the Logistics Department and the Human Resources Coordinator to address operator shortages. * Ensure that personnel under supervision fulfill their duties. * Ensure that units scheduled by the Maintenance department arrive at the workshop for servicing. * Closely follow up on any incidents occurring during the shift and report necessary details to the appropriate department. * Maintain control of operator attendance and punctuality, providing this information along with incident reports to the Payroll department. * Update weekly staffing templates and send information to monitoring, operations, and HR personnel. * Ensure operators complete their training according to the program established by human resources and road safety teams. * Complete shift handover by providing all relevant information to the incoming shift supervisor for continuity. * Supervise the assigned group of units (zone) regarding vehicle cleanliness and appearance. * Follow up on action plans and needs related to road safety. * Verify that operators maintain valid documentation. * Ensure that vehicles are equipped with all necessary accessories. * Supervise that operators are in optimal condition.
