




A leading company in the **TRANSPORTATION and logistics** sector is seeking a **Human Resources Manager** to lead the area's strategy and operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor regulations, driving organizational development programs, and fostering a positive and safe work environment for all employees. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and implement talent attraction, selection, and retention strategies. * Coordinate training, development, and career planning processes. * Supervise payroll processing and disbursement, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance. * Promote employee wellness, occupational safety programs, and compliance with NOM\-035\. * Represent the company before labor and social security authorities. * Implement internal communication strategies to strengthen organizational culture. * Analyze human resources indicators (turnover, work climate, performance) and propose improvements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields (Master’s degree desirable). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in managerial roles. * Experience in transportation, logistics, or similar industries (desirable). * Solid knowledge of labor laws, social security, and occupational safety regulations. * Strong leadership, effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. * Availability to travel and possess a personal vehicle. **Key Competencies:** * Analytical and strategic thinking. * Human talent management and organizational development. * Results orientation and continuous improvement. * Empathy, organizational sensitivity, and negotiation ability. **We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30 hrs, Saturday from 9:00 to 14:00 hrs. * Work equipment (laptop and cellphone). * Professional growth within a solid transportation sector company.
