




**Position Objective:** Ensure the attraction, retention, and development of high-performing talent within the company through strategic processes in recruitment, evaluation, training, and organizational culture, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives and compliance with labor regulations. **Main Responsibilities** · Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-performing personnel across all departments. · Conduct competency-based interviews, psychometric assessments, and effective selection techniques. · Analyze and propose competitive salary structures, incentives, and benefits. · Manage the Performance Evaluation process using clear and measurable indicators. · Implement career and personal development plans to enhance talent retention. · Identify training needs and develop training programs. · Coordinate development programs in technical competencies, occupational safety, and soft skills. · Implement employee engagement surveys, action plans, and team integration activities. · Coordinate corporate and job-specific onboarding for new hires. · Implement and monitor occupational safety and hygiene policies. **Position Profile** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field (Master’s degree in OD or HR preferred). **Experience:** Minimum 10 years in Human Capital roles, preferably in transportation, logistics, or services. **Technical Knowledge:** Mexican labor legislation, competency-based recruitment, training, performance evaluation, compensation, and reporting in Power BI or advanced Excel. **Soft Skills:** Leadership, assertive communication, negotiation, results orientation, empathy, and trust-building. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** · Employee Turnover Rate: ≤ 8% annually. · Vacancy Coverage Time: ≤ 8 days (operators), ≤ 10 days (administrative staff). · Key Personnel Retention Rate: ≥ 90% annually. · Training Plan Compliance: ≥ 95%. · Onboarding Satisfaction: ≥ 90%. · Employee Engagement Score: ≥ 85%. · Workplace Accident Rate: ≤ 2 per year. **We Offer:** * Competitive weekly salary * Statutory benefits * Profit sharing * Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Experience: * 10 years: 6 years (Required) Work location: On-site
