




**Position Objective:** Ensure the **attraction, retention, and development of high-performance talent** within the company through strategic processes of **recruitment, evaluation, training, and organizational culture**, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives and compliance with Mexican labor regulations. **Recruitment and Selection** * Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-performance personnel in operational and administrative areas. * Conduct competency-based interviews, psychometric assessments, and effective selection techniques. * Ensure efficient onboarding processes that facilitate rapid integration. **Compensation and Performance Evaluation** * Analyze and propose competitive salary structures, incentives, and benefits. * Manage performance evaluation processes using clear and measurable indicators. * Collaborate with management on salary reviews and recognition programs. **Organizational Development and Training** * Identify training needs and develop annual training plans. * Coordinate development programs in technical competencies, workplace safety, and soft skills. * Implement career and life planning initiatives to strengthen retention of key talent. **Organizational Culture and Work Environment** * Implement employee engagement surveys and coordinate follow-up action plans. * Organize team-building activities, internal communication initiatives, and cultural strengthening events. * Coordinate corporate and job-specific inductions for new hires. **Workplace Safety and Hygiene** * Implement and monitor workplace safety and hygiene policies in accordance with current legislation. * Participate in committees and internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance. * Promote a culture of prevention and zero accidents. **Manage individual and collective labor relations** * Ensuring compliance with Mexican labor legislation, maintaining orderly employment documentation, and preventing and addressing conflicts promptly. * Promoting a harmonious work environment, and serving as liaison with unions and authorities when necessary, to ensure labor stability and regulatory compliance within the organization. **Position Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
