Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and printers **We are hiring!** **TECHNICAL SUPPORT** **Location:** León, Guanajuato **Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual to provide technical support, maintain computer equipment, and assist internal users. **Main Responsibilities:** * User assistance and technical support * Equipment control and inventory management for computer systems * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and printers * Windows operating system support * Basic network configuration (RJ45 cabling, connections, etc.) * Technical issue resolution * Basic MySQL database handling (preferred) **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Associate Degree in Systems Technology, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Age: 23 to 30 years old. * Service-oriented attitude, proactivity, and problem-solving ability. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. **We Offer:** * Monthly bonus * Statutory benefits * Fair bonus financing * Opportunity for growth **Position Type:** Full-time Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Savings fund * Company parking * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
