We are currently looking for an **AWS Systems and Infrastructure Administrator \- SysAdmin**, with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Systems, Computer Science, Computing, or Software Development. Key responsibilities for this role include: * Proficiency in Kubernetes, including EKS and OpenShift. * Ensuring the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of IT infrastructure. * Identifying, managing, and resolving system and service failures or outages. * Monitoring and optimizing infrastructure and application performance. * Performing system, database, and server backups; conducting periodic restoration tests. * Managing and documenting configuration changes across systems and platforms. * Managing the user account and access lifecycle. * Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and databases. * Automating operational processes to improve team and end-user efficiency. * Keeping systems, software, and applications updated across all environments (development, testing, and production). * Creating and maintaining technical and operational infrastructure documentation. Technical Requirements: * Administration of Linux-based operating systems, including CentOS, RedHat, and Ubuntu. * Application and infrastructure performance monitoring using APM tools such as Site24x7, AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, etc. * Creation of backups (databases, AMI server images) and execution of restoration tests. * AWS infrastructure management, including serverless architectures. * User account and access control management. * Cybersecurity: security group configuration, OS patching, cipher suite management, SSL certificate handling, and password policies. * System failure diagnosis and resolution. * Review, analysis, and follow-up of infrastructure alerts. * Use of Docker containers for service and environment deployment. * Task automation via Bash scripting. * Vulnerability detection, analysis, and mitigation across infrastructure and applications. * Management of cloud environments (AWS, MongoDB Atlas, IBM Cloud, DigitalOcean, Rackspace, etc.). * Proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, ALB, S3, RDS, ElastiCache, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CloudFront, VPC, Auto Scaling, Security Groups, IAM, SES. * Reverse proxy configuration. * Database administration (DBA): configuration, backup, maintenance, and recovery. * Implementation and deployment of application environments (Alpha, Beta, Demo, Production). * Maintenance and updating of technical documentation. Required Experience: * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in related fields. * AWS infrastructure. * Cybersecurity. * English proficiency. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field.
