Currently seeking talent for the position of: **SALES ASSISTANT** *Job Mission:* Support the promotion, student service, and enrollment registration process for preparatory courses by providing clear and timely information to prospective students and their parents, managing enrollments, and ensuring a positive experience that fosters student satisfaction and retention. Job Responsibilities: * Attend to and follow up with prospects interested in courses. * Provide information regarding programs, costs, and promotions. * Register prospects and students in the system. * Send quotations and manage enrollments. * Support recruitment campaigns and promotional events. * Prepare sales and follow-up reports. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper student service. Requirements: * Minimum age: 21 years old * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma (mandatory). * One year of experience in service sales, admissions, or customer service. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital communication tools (WhatsApp, email, social media). CRM experience is preferred. * Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration. * Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills. * Customer negotiation skills. * Active listening. We Offer: * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including one hour for lunch; Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
