Manages end-to-end technology projects in the financial sector, ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality through proper resource management and stakeholder communication.

**Position Objective**
Plan, execute, and close technology projects, ensuring compliance with scope, time, cost, and quality through proper resource, risk, and stakeholder communication management—particularly in financial-sector environments.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage technology projects end-to-end (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
* Define and document scope, deliverables, schedule, budget, and work plan.
* Develop and track the project plan (WBS, schedule, milestones, and critical path).
* Manage project resources (team, time, capabilities).
* Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
* Control changes (change management), ensuring impact on scope, time, and cost is assessed.
* Monitor progress against plan and manage deviations.
* Coordinate technical and functional teams.
* Manage communication with stakeholders and business units.
* Generate executive status reports, KPIs, and progress updates.
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of deliverables.
* Oversee functional testing and solution validation.
* Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations (particularly in the financial sector).
**Education:**
Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
**Mandatory**
* 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on technology projects.
* Proven experience managing end-to-end projects (from initiation to closure).
* Experience in project planning, execution, control, and closure.
* Solid knowledge of project management (scope, time, cost, quality, risks).
* Experience developing and tracking schedules (MS Project, Jira, or other tools).
* Intermediate English (ability to read documentation and communicate in professional contexts).
* Work experience in at least one financial institution (banking, fintech, insurance, etc.).
* Experience gathering requirements from business users.
* General understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
* Technical foundation enabling effective interaction with development teams.
**Desirable**
* Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
* Knowledge of hybrid methodologies (Waterfall + Agile).
* Experience in vendor management.
* Knowledge of regulation and compliance in the financial sector.
* Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
* Basic knowledge of Scrum (as a complementary framework).
**Location**
León, Guanajuato (current residence required).

Salary: Starting at $18,000.00 per month
