




· Conduct quality control activities for raw material intake, manufacturing process, · storage, and customer dispatch. · Monitor compliance with procedures, work instructions, and completion of control charts contained in the “Good Handling Practices” manual and the “Hygiene, Sanitation, and Pest Control Program”. · Handling of microbiological samples. · Ensure corrective actions related to Non-Conformities identified for products and processes within the plant, in coordination with the involved operational area. · Assist in implementing methodologies, procedures, work instructions, and work standards. · Identify potential risks or issues throughout the entire production chain and implement corrective measures that may affect product quality, safety, and integrity. · Conduct internal and external quality control audits according to the established schedule. · Maintain close communication with the Quality Manager to report achievements and incidents. · Support the Quality Manager in performing tasks required to achieve departmental objectives. ·· Gender: Unrestricted · Graduate or undergraduate student in fields related to Food Industries. · Knowledge of food production processes · Knowledge of applicable SGIA regulations (BRC preferred) · Familiarity with statistical analysis tools · Minimum one year of experience in food production quality control; experience in pet food production is desirable. · Basic knowledge of GMP, GHP, and HACCP. · Proficiency in using measurement equipment for quality control in food production. · Knowledge of food quality and safety regulations. · Responsible, proactive, committed, detail-oriented, organized, empathetic toward staff, flexible availability for working hours, and team-oriented. · Proficiency in Excel.
