Job Description: **Purpose of the position:** Efficiently execute the sales, delivery, and collection process for assigned products along the daily route, ensuring achievement of sales, service, and customer satisfaction objectives. **Main responsibilities:** * Execute the assigned daily route plan, guaranteeing correct product delivery and fulfillment of customer orders. * Conduct collections corresponding to each delivery, ensuring timely recovery of funds. * Ensure proper product display at points of sale in accordance with company policies. * Promote new products and maintain constant communication with customers to strengthen business relationships. * Maintain control and records of sales, returns, inventory, and cash at the end of each workday. * Comply with established safety, hygiene, and internal regulatory guidelines. **Candidate profile** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year in route sales, direct sales, or pre-sales. * **Knowledge:** Sales techniques, cash handling, distribution routes, and customer service. * **Competencies:** Results-oriented, customer service, responsibility, teamwork, and operational discipline. * **Driver's license:** Valid (Class A or equivalent according to local requirements). **We offer** * Competitive salary. * Commissions and incentives for meeting targets. * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits. * Continuous training and growth opportunities.
