**POL**, a **MULTIMEDIOS** company, is seeking your talent as an **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** Requirements * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of safety equipment, working at heights, and metal structures * Valid driver's license * Availability to travel Responsibilities * Management of performance indicators. * Supervise, plan, and assign daily tasks to the installation team. * Coordinate logistics and route planning. * Ensure availability and maintenance of required materials, tools, and equipment. * Supervise compliance with safety regulations and use of PPE. * Manage supplier relations. * Document and report progress on completed installations.
