**REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. **Experience:** More than 4 years as a responsible person for ISO 9001:2015 quality management system in manufacturing companies (footwear industry preferred). **Skills:** Implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015, process and documentation management, execution and reporting of internal audits, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and organizational change management. **Residence location:** León, Guanajuato. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure the company's QMS certification complies with ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements. * Lead internal and external audits, managing non-conformities and corrective actions. * Establish, maintain, and control QMS documentation in both physical and digital formats. * Resolve process issues, assess risks, and implement preventive actions. * Train and raise staff awareness regarding ISO 9001:2015 requirements and quality policy. * Present reports on QMS performance, audit results, and improvement needs. * Supervise indicator records and controls, lead improvement projects, and develop action plans. **WE OFFER:** **Statutory benefits.** **Additional benefits** (Savings fund, medical service, optical service, subsidized cafeteria service, grocery vouchers, annual bonus, parking space, among others). **Salary range:** $6000 \- $8000 weekly payment (Base salary negotiable based on experience).
