In this role, you will not only coordinate but also design and lead all Human Resources initiatives, from talent acquisition to the development of our organizational culture. What will you do on a daily basis? \- Lead the full recruitment and selection cycle. \- Manage personnel (contracts, records, incidents). \- Serve as the point of contact for labor relations and ensure an excellent work environment. \- Develop and implement training programs, performance evaluations, and cultural initiatives. \- Handle pre\-payroll and compensation administration. Requirements \- 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist. \- Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and labor regulations. \- Ability to work independently and make decisions. \- Availability and flexibility in schedule; the events world never stops!
