We invite you to join our team for the position of: **Site Resident** **Requirements:** Licensed Civil Engineer (Mandatory). Willingness to travel (Mandatory). Experience in earthworks, drainage works, and ancillary works. Experience in highway projects. **General Responsibilities:** Responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site work across various involved areas or defined work fronts, ensuring adherence to project schedules and/or technical specifications, and coordinating activities with subcontractors. Manages material resources to achieve maximum site productivity; monitors that each project proceeds according to established schedules as well as applicable laws, regulations, and environmental protection standards, aiming to deliver high-quality projects. 1\. Reviews and validates payroll pre-lists. 2\. Reviews and validates piecework payments. 3\. Reviews and validates weekly on-site payments (royalties). 4\. Submits royalty payment documentation to the Administrative Assistant. 5\. Reviews payments for rented machinery.
