Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect to supervise and coordinate production and general administration at an asphalt plant, ensuring quality and adherence to production plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate asphalt plant production. 2. Ensure quality and compliance with production plans. 3. Promote proper use and maintenance of plant equipment. We invite you to join our team in the position of: **Asphalt Plant Resident.** **Requirements:** Civil Engineer or Architect (licensed). Willingness to travel. (Mandatory) **General Responsibilities:** Responsible for supervising and coordinating plant production activities as well as general administration, aiming to achieve established productivity targets. Develop and supervise execution of established production plans. 1. Organize, coordinate, inspect, and ensure work quality according to the program, considering time, cost, and established quality standards. 2. Assign workloads to plant personnel to meet required production targets. 3. Guarantee supply of asphalt mixtures once the order has been verified. **Supervise proper use and maintenance of plant equipment under your responsibility** ** 1. Verify proper equipment handling by responsible personnel at plants under your supervision. 2. Promote proper equipment handling among personnel under your supervision to ensure equipment availability. 3. Report equipment failures to the Maintenance Manager and follow up until repairs are completed. 4.
