(Mandatory) **General Responsibilities:** Responsible for supervising and coordinating plant production activities as well as general administration, aiming to achieve established productivity targets. Develop and supervise execution of established production plans. 1. Organize, coordinate, inspect, and ensure work quality according to the program, considering time, cost, and established quality standards. 2. Assign workloads to plant personnel to meet required production targets. 3. Guarantee supply of asphalt mixtures once the order has been verified. **Supervise proper use and maintenance of plant equipment under your responsibility** ** 1. Verify proper equipment handling by responsible personnel at plants under your supervision. 2. Promote proper equipment handling among personnel under your supervision to ensure equipment availability. 3. Report equipment failures to the Maintenance Manager and follow up until repairs are completed. 4.
