




**Objective**: Ensure the proper administrative, logistical, and functional operation of the office, guaranteeing an organized, efficient, safe work environment aligned with company policies through appropriate management of general services and support to various departments. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Office Management or General Services. * Experience coordinating with external contractors. * Desirable experience in multinational companies. * Knowledge of administrative tools. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic). **Responsibilities**: * Reception and assistance of visitors, employees, and phone calls. * Coordination of general services, maintenance, and facilities. * Management of meeting room schedules. * Supervision of cleaning and maintenance staff. * Inventory control, procurement, and office supplies management. * Liaison with the property administrator regarding building maintenance matters. * Scheduling organization, meetings coordination, and follow-up on pending tasks. * Coordination of internal events and support for special projects. * Updating internal documentation, policies, and procedures. * Support in emergency plans and drills. * Standardization of internal office procedures. * Verification of compliance with internal policies and safety regulations. * Coordination of civil protection training sessions or drills. * Promotion of cost-saving practices (energy, paper, supplies). **Job Offer** * Salary: 15,000 Gross * Statutory Benefits * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 18:00 PM * Location: Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo Position Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
