Job Summary: Responsible for the administration and operation of the store, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved through prospecting, follow-up, and customer development, as well as staff supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer portfolio development and follow-up 2. Direct customer and supplier service 3. Store staff management and support Responsible for the administration and operation of the sales outlet, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives through customer prospecting, follow-up, and development, as well as supervision and support of branch personnel. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Prospecting and development of new customers * Follow-up on customer portfolio * Preparation and tracking of quotations * Identification of sales opportunities * Direct customer and supplier service and interaction * Technical visits to customers * Store staff management and support * Completion of forms and reports * Teamwork to achieve commercial objectives ### **Requirements** Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field Customer service experience Staff management experience (preferred) **Marital status:** No preference **Willingness to travel:** Yes ### **Skills and Competencies** * Strong verbal communication skills * Passion for sales * Effective communication * Teamwork * Initiative and proactivity * Responsibility and punctuality * Good interpersonal skills * Results-oriented ### **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** * 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** * 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
