




Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, or related field for the position of Administrative Manager to lead, organize, and supervise key administrative areas of the organization, ensuring efficiency, control, and regulatory compliance in all processes. Requirements * Graduate studies: Master's degree in Administration, Finance, or related field desirable. * Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Administrative Management, preferably in the construction industry and in the following areas: * Human Resources * Accounting * Supervision of procurement and purchasing * Treasury * Credit and Collections * Systems and Infrastructure * Systems and tools: Proficiency in ERP and Compaq, electronic bank reconciliations, SAT reporting, and banking platforms. * Regulations from STPS, IMSS, and SAT * Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SAT and IMSS portals * Cash flow management * Administrative control * Internal and external audit processes * Continuous improvement in administrative systems * Design, optimize, and supervise administrative, financial, and internal control processes, as well as oversee infrastructure. * Present weekly/monthly reports and action plans. * Immediate availability and flexible schedule Main Responsibilities Personal and Professional Competencies * Planning and Organization. * Leadership and administrative discipline. * Results-oriented. * Assertive communication. * Negotiation skills. * Emotional intelligence and resilience. * Continuous improvement.
