Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in manufacturing processes, preferably in forging or metalworking processes.**Job Description** Supervise and coordinate forging area activities, ensuring compliance with productivity, quality, safety and operational efficiency objectives. Will be responsible for leading the operational team, implementing action plans, resolving issues through root cause analysis, and collaborating with support departments for continuous process improvement. In addition, must generate and present daily efficiency reports to the area manager, facilitating strategic decision-making.
