**Job Objective:** Supervise and coordinate the accounting activities of the department, ensuring proper account reconciliation, control and analysis of the customer portfolio, and team efficiency, in order to guarantee our clients’ accounting accuracy. **Account Reconciliation and Settlement** * Analyze, review, and reconcile accounting accounts to ensure their correct classification and recording. * Identify discrepancies or outstanding entries and coordinate their correction with the involved departments. * Prepare and supervise bank reconciliations, as well as accounts receivable and payable reconciliations. * Ensure that accounting transactions comply with applicable accounting and tax regulations. * **Customer Portfolio Control and Management (Individuals and Legal Entities)** * Supervise customer portfolio control, ensuring balance updates and accuracy. * Analyze aging balances and define strategies for timely portfolio recovery. * Validate proper application of payments, credit notes, adjustments, or cancellations. * Coordinate communication with Treasury, Sales, and Collections departments to resolve discrepancies. **Team Supervision** * Assign and supervise accounting staff activities under your responsibility. * Review and validate financial reports prepared by the team. * Promote staff professional development through continuous training and feedback. * Foster a work environment based on collaboration, organization, and productivity. **Reporting and Regulatory Compliance** * Prepare periodic accounting and financial reports for Management or Executive Leadership. * Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and internal control requirements. * Support internal and external audits by providing required information. * Propose improvements to accounting processes to optimize time and resources. **Probationary contract starts for 3 months.** Job Type: Full-time, Probationary Period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $16,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Company phone Work Location: On-site employment
