




***Company dedicated to the sale and distribution of L.P. gas is seeking:*** **Recruiter** **Job Objective:** * Manage the entire talent acquisition process—including sourcing, selection, and hiring—of qualified personnel to fill open positions, ensuring an optimal fit between candidates and the company’s culture. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * **Strategy and Planning:** Develop and implement recruitment strategies (sources, channels, etc.). * **Profile Definition:** Collaborate with department managers to define job requirements and create position descriptions. * **Candidate Sourcing:** Post job openings, actively search on social media and databases, attend job fairs. * **Screening and Evaluation:** Review resumes, conduct pre-screening calls, carry out interviews (telephone, in-person, virtual), and administer psychometric/knowledge-based assessments. * **Process Management:** Coordinate interviews with managers, follow up with candidates, manage the talent database. * **Offer and Hiring:** Present candidates, negotiate offer details, support onboarding processes, and maintain personnel files. * **Reporting:** Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports. **Profile Requirements (Competencies):** * **Hard Skills (Technical):** Proficiency in job portals, tools/social media platforms, psychometric assessments, and interviewing techniques. * **Soft Skills (Interpersonal):** Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical and critical thinking ability, results orientation, persistence, empathy, and adaptability. **Knowledge and Experience:** * Prior experience in recruitment and selection. * Knowledge of the labor market and talent trends. * Administrative and operational recruitment experience. * Experience managing IDSE (employee onboarding/offboarding). **Reports to:** * Human Resources Manager.
