**Job Objective** Ensure the efficient, safe, and cost-effective execution of cargo transportation services, complying with established schedules, routes, and quality standards. Implement resource optimization strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote user and customer satisfaction through effective team management, performance indicator analysis, and continuous improvement. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Responsibilities** * Ensure timeliness, safety, and quality in the provision of cargo transportation services. * Ensure compliance with schedules, routes, and internal and client operational policies. * Ensure the availability of all necessary resources to maintain uninterrupted service. * Optimize operational costs through appropriate resource management. * Adhere to the assigned sales and expenditure budget to ensure service profitability. * Comply with all applicable legal regulations governing cargo transportation. * Maintain up-to-date documentation readily available for audits and inspections. * Implement internal policies reinforcing regulatory compliance and safety. * Lead, motivate, and develop the team under supervision, keeping turnover within established limits. * Set clear objectives and conduct periodic performance evaluations for the team. * Ensure service continuity through well-defined contingency plans. * Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all operations. **Education** * Logistics and Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade. * Master’s Degree Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $24,000.00 per month Experience: * Logistics and transportation sector: 4 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
