




At Nuxiba LATAM, we are seeking a **Field Technical Support Engineer** with application experience, particularly in SQL and system administration. **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service and technical support * **Analyze and resolve incidents related to databases (SQL), operating systems (Windows, Windows Server, Linux), and Nuxiba platforms.** * Monitor and maintain systems, apply updates, and perform scheduled off-hours tasks to minimize impact on customers. * Document, record changes, and track incidents in the ticketing system (CRM). * **Conduct on-site client visits when required (MANDATORY)** * Analyze and resolve *incidents related to VoIP and SIP telephony systems.* * Report on and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Escalate incidents according to established protocols. **Requirements:** * **Practical experience with SQL Server, including basic SQL statements, cross-table queries, and data manipulation.
