Excellent working environment **GRUPO MOBAX DISTRIBUIDORA DE LA MARCA CAN\-AM \& SEA\-DOO** Is seeking a new team member in **León, Gto.** **DEMAND ANALYST (DEMAND PLANNER)** **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of **$15,600 GROSS** * Statutory benefits (vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium, IMSS, and Infonavit) * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM * **Job stability** * **Career development and professional growth** * Excellent working environment **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast demand. * Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics departments to ensure product availability. * Monitor inventory levels and generate control reports. * Identify deviations between actual and forecasted demand, proposing corrective actions. * Participate in planning product launches and promotions. * Generate performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand and stock. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience in demand planning, inventory management, or related areas. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). * Power BI (not mandatory). * Teamwork and strong communication skills across departments. * Availability to work the scheduled hours. * Must reside in **León** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,600.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
