Job Summary: Ensure control and tracking of imports and exports, guaranteeing on-time deliveries, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency in logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate domestic and international shipments 2. Ensure compliance with customs requirements 3. Control logistics costs and generate reports Mission Ensure accurate control and tracking of imports and exports, guaranteeing on-time deliveries, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency in logistics. * Coordinate and track domestic and international shipments (air, sea, and land). * Ensure compliance with customs requirements (customs declarations, COVES, prior validations). * Manage relationships with logistics providers and customs brokers. * Control logistics costs and provide visibility into key metrics (transportation, landed cost, procurement). * Validate documentation and ensure compliance prior to border crossings. * Participate in import/export processes and programs such as PROSEC. * Generate reports for corporate use and logistics performance analysis. * Support negotiations and management of logistics service providers. **Technical Knowledge:** Import and export processes Customs declarations, COVES, and customs validations SAP Excel / Microsoft Office Suite Logistics costs (landed cost) **✔ Language:** Intermediate English (mandatory for tracking and documentation). **✔ Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
