Position Summary: We are seeking an Import & Export Analyst with IMMEX experience to ensure compliance with foreign trade obligations through control and administration of Annex 24 and Annex 30. An automotive sector company is seeking an **Import & Export Analyst** with IMMEX program experience, responsible for ensuring compliance with foreign trade obligations through control, validation, and administration of Annex 24 and Annex 30, as well as coordination with customs brokers and internal departments. **Key responsibilities include:** * Administration of Annex 24 (validation of reports, uploads, and updates). * Monthly validation between Data Stage and Annex 24\. * Validation, control, and submission of the Annex 30 report (SAT portal). * Support in coordinating with customs brokers to ensure compliance and improve processes. * Management of regime changes, regularizations, and corrections. * Inventory reconciliations (MRP vs. Data Stage vs. Annex 24\). * Tariff classification in accordance with LIGIE, TIGIE, and applicable regulations. * Implementation and monitoring of internal controls and foreign trade audits. * Coordination with customers, suppliers, subsidiaries, carriers, and customs brokers. * Management of physical and electronic foreign trade documentation. * Control of fixed assets under temporary import regimes and notifications to SAT. * Management of virtual operations (validation, tracking, and approval). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in foreign trade (preferably in IMMEX companies). * Demonstrable experience in Annex 24 and Annex 30\. * Knowledge of Mexican customs legislation. * Proficiency in ERP / MRP and inventory control systems. * **Advanced English (mandatory).** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $21,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
