Timely and accurate recording of operational results in DMO and SAP to achieve established safety, quality, and productivity goals through adherence to standards, legal compliance, the NCE model, and continuous improvement initiatives—achieving Manufacturing Excellence. **A Day in the Life of...*** Identify, record, communicate, and implement hazard and incident controls in the workplace using the SHE map. * Understand and follow OHSAS 18001 system procedures to strengthen safety. * Comply with IMS requirements across quality systems: ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and NQMS. * Observe, measure, and control Critical Control Points (CCPs) in the area per QMS requirements. * Maintain a results-oriented approach and proactive cooperation—actively identifying, communicating, and implementing quantifiable improvements that drive goal achievement through continuous improvement behaviors. * Eliminate waste to satisfy our consumers through excellent compliance, thereby generating competitive advantage. * Actively participate in TPM step-change activities. * Support basic maintenance activities. * Perform proper equipment and area cleaning, and identify deviations. * Shift start-up and handover. * Identify environmental aspects and impacts arising from work activities. * Conduct comprehensive waste management in the work area. **What Will Make You Successful*** Knowledge of process controls. * Basic MS Office skills. * Desirable knowledge of preparation tanks and color storage. * QMS compliance and standards. * Compliance with GMPs
