




Job Summary: This role involves continuous visits to customers for equipment supervision and calibration, preventive/corrective maintenance, and 24-hour technical support. Key Highlights: 1. 24-hour technical support (remote, telephone, or on-site) 2. Equipment supervision and calibration at customer sites 3. Preventive and/or corrective maintenance of dispensers Responsibilities: Conduct continuous on-site visits to customers for supervision of installed equipment. Supervise preventive and/or corrective maintenance of dispensers and fleet management. Calibrate dispensers together with customers. Provide 24-hour technical support via remote, telephone, or on-site methods. Utilize available resources to communicate with customers and colleagues. Comply with documented information requirements of the Quality Management System. Understand the Quality Management System's policy and objectives.
