We are seeking a Plant Manager Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the proper execution of production programs to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders * Ensure product deliveries meet customer requirements and quality standards. * Develop and ensure timely implementation of improvement projects defined in the company's strategic plan to achieve organizational objectives * Ensure that machinery and equipment assigned to the plant are properly maintained and preserved to guarantee uninterrupted plant operations. * Authorize staffing movements within the plant to ensure only the necessary personnel are employed for its operation. * Ensure plant operations comply with the quality management system and management policies to guarantee optimal plant performance. * Supervise and coordinate various departments, such as Production, Quality, and Maintenance, and collaborate with other departments including Sales and Administration * Implement and maintain quality management systems * Ensure compliance with safety regulations Position Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000\.00 \- $24,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
