**Position:** Quality Manager A company engaged in manufacturing cowboy boots is seeking: **Job Objective** Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the cowboy boot manufacturing processes, guaranteeing continuous improvement, process control, and effective leadership of the quality and production teams. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related degree. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the footwear industry, preferably in cowboy boot manufacturing. * Knowledge of **Welt**-type manufacturing processes. * Proficiency in quality tools: * 5S * Ishikawa * FMEA * Pareto * Control plans * Internal audits * Problem analysis and resolution * Experience in production-floor quality control. * Ability to lead, develop, and manage work teams. * Monitoring of KPIs and achievement of objectives. * Focus on continuous improvement and reduction of rework. * Supervision of operational staff and supervisors. * Willingness to work onsite at the plant. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and ensure quality at every stage of the production process. * Implement and monitor quality procedures and standards. * Coordinate audits and corrective actions. * Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes. * Train personnel on quality-related topics and processes. * Track incidents, returns, and rework. * Prepare quality reports and metrics. * Lead the team of quality inspectors and supervisors. * Collaborate with production to ensure goal attainment. **Competencies** * Leadership * Effective communication * Organization and planning * Decision-making * Working under pressure * Results-oriented mindset * Sense of urgency **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities.
