




At TECNOVIGILANCIA, a leader in the industry, we are hiring. ***\* PAYROLL MANAGER *** Education: Technical degree in accounting, Public Accountant, LAE or related field Experience Minimum 2 years calculating payrolls and benefits for approximately 1,000 employees, with weekly and biweekly pay periods Main Responsibilities * Payroll budget management and control * Payroll incident processing (hires, terminations, modifications) * Payroll withholding entries (INFONAVIT, FONACOT, pensions) * Calculation of statutory employee benefits (vacations, vacation bonus, Sunday premium, Christmas bonus, etc.) * Receipt stamping and XML generation * Monthly income closing * Calculation of voluntary severance, contract terminations * Printing, organizing, and distribution of payroll and benefit receipts Proficient in Excel, Word, PDF, and email applications In our hiring process, we aim to provide equal employment opportunities to all candidates regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, nationality, or disability.
